Marylee is a Virginia Tech graduate who entered the mortgage banking industry in 2005 at a major international bank. She was recognized as a top performer and was quickly promoted to Branch Manager. Before joining the NEXA family, Marylee onboarded and mentored many amazing loan originators running a boot camp for newly licensed LO’s, LOA’s and JR LO’s teaching them the basics and helping them get their loans closed on time.

Throughout her career in the mortgage industry, Marylee takes pride on maintaining an excellent relationship with her clients and fellow professionals in the real estate industry. Being licensed in both Virginia and North Carolina, she has a strong understanding of all the mortgage products available, but has been concentrating of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, VHDA, and Rehab (203k) products. With many options available, Marylee takes the time to learn her clients' needs so that she can help them select the best loan possible.
